Saif Ali Khan's brand took a serious beating due to his last comedy film which was Sajid Khan's Humshakals. Looks like Junior Pataudi has learned his lesson and is choosing a dark comedy now.

We had previously reported that one of Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's production ventures will be directed by Reema Kagti and this film would star Saif in the lead. The film has been titled Mr. Chaalu and will see Saif as a manipulative womaniser. In the film, he woos women with his irresistible charm, marries them and dupes them. He continues with this game until he meets his match- who is Kangana Ranaut and the two fall passionately in love. The film will be shot in Mumbai and Goa, which were the same locations  for his last venture with the same production house - Dil Chahta Hai.
